We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff at reception were friendly and always available to assist us. The apartment itself was spacious and had a separate bedroom and living room, providing us with plenty of space and comfort. We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness of our room, even though it was located right behind the reception area. We also loved the large balcony that overlooked the pool bar. The storage space and wardrobe were generous, and the bathroom was big with both a tub and shower. The hotel's location was perfect, situated between the old town and the strip, allowing us to enjoy peaceful nights without the noise of bars and clubs. And speaking of the pool, it was incredible! The pool area had a nice terrace, lots of grass, and plenty of shade. The pool itself was large and clean, perfect for a relaxing swim.

We would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, spacious accommodations, and wonderful swimming pool.

The staff were helpful and very friendly. Cleaning was done everyday and the situation of the hotel is perfect for the Fisherman's Beach which is a short 10 min walk away. Hotel is opposite a supermarket as well, which is very useful

The location of the hotel is ideal, being close to the beach and the old town square. You can easily walk to both areas and enjoy the restaurants and shops there. The hotel is also conveniently located opposite a busy roundabout, making it easily accessible from different parts of the city. If you don't feel like going out, there is a restaurant downstairs where you can enjoy a meal without having to travel far.

The pool area could use some improvement, as mentioned by some guests in their reviews. The cleanliness of the pool and the surrounding area was not up to par, with overflowing bins and litter lying around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in this hotel. i stayed in an apartment that sleeps four and was very impressed with the decor and the space. Overall I have a great stay.

Female receptionist was really, really brilliant (can't remember her name!). She welcomed us and gave us lots of information and help (allowing us to stay at the pool even after check out on the last day as our flight was at 9pm). The other night receptionists were also very helpful and lovely to deal with (all spoke amazing English). The room was better than expected (it was very cheap - off peak). Lots of space, clean, good cooking facilities (if you're on a budget). There is a pool but its about 15mins to the beach, old town, new town so perfect location. Really couldn't have asked for more!

If you're really fussy you might want a pool side room as the road outside the front can get busy but to be honest it didn't really affect us that much and if you close the patio doors there's no problem! The pool did have some debris in from the garden but we used the pool for hours each day and it was fine. I would imagine during peak season this place gets busy and this would maybe affect your stay (but not much) in terms of pool space or noise levels, but no more so than other places to stay. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends.

The hotel was shabby and outdated, not what we were expecting. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep.

Location is really good. Very close to large supermarket. 10-15 min walk to beach. 15-20 minute walk to centre of Old Town. Apartment well equiped.

The hotel was in a great location for both Albuferia and the old town. Located in the middle of both, it had easy access by either walking or a short ride in a taxi. It was very clean and comfortable and had adequate facilties including a nice pool area. Hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly.

It was only a short half-mile walk to the old town, allowing for peaceful nights without the noise of bars and clubs. The pool was lovely, with a nice terrace, lots of grass, and shade. It was large and clean, with sunbeds available. There was also a basic pool bar with cheap snacks and cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, price, spacious rooms, and the opportunity for a good swim.

Nothing to dislike.

The room size; the kitchen facilties and the size of the bedroom and balcony.

The noise from other apartments; the tiled floor carries noise from all sides. Also, the pillows and beds are a little uncomfortable, but overall, the room is great value for money and clean.

The apartment was clean and had all the necessary kitchen amenities including a microwave and hob. The pool area was well-maintained and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Location was ideal for exploring the nearby shops and cafes.

The wardrobe space was limited with only small wardrobes available. The sunbeds were old and many were broken.
